2007 Dodge Charger Daytona RT
While I was driving to work in the pre-dawn darkness of Minnesota winter, a ray of green light caught my eye. I had to exceed the speed limit just a tad to see what it was, but my disregard for traffic laws was handsomely rewarded when I beheld the 2007 Dodge Charger Daytona R/T.
I liked the "Sublime Metallic Clear Coat" color, the stripes, and the low-profile spoiler on the back. But then I passed him and sadly discovered that there's something about the front end that makes it all fall apart. I couldn't put my finger on it at first. It's too high and too round. In a word, I guess, it's just too darn modern to truly recapture that classic muscle car feeling for me.

This is looking awesome. I love the image of this fantastic car and the color is just too good to look at. I agree with you it has no classic look but still it looks good.
I agree with 1966 that Charger Daytona is looking pretty in this green color.
Are you kidding me? That front end is MEAN looking! Love it!
wait a second I didn't know that Dodge has put again this model in the market, also the Challenger with the same engine than classic 1967, 392 EMI.
That is a fantastic piece of machinery, one of my favorite cars in the world, it sounds and feels like no other.
This blog is fantastic, I hadn't seen any similar before. I have to accept I found it out by a lucky stroke, but I'm impacted with its quality. I hope you continue posting with the same passion you did it here.
It is a great and awesome car, but the hemi charger from the old days looks much better customized of course.
